Refund Policy

At Pick A Rock, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our vintage jewelry pieces. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  2. Await Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged and sent to the address provided.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, are not eligible for return.
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) cannot be returned.
  • Altered items (e.g., resized rings, changed stones) may have the alteration cost deducted from the refund or may be non-returnable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. If desired, contact us to place the new item on hold during the return process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
