Shipping policy

We ship from Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, by Israel Post or a courier service.

1. Processing time

Orders that need no alteration are dispatched within 3 working days. Orders that need an alteration, such as ring resizing, are dispatched within up to 10 days. Ring resizing is free on rings purchased from us.

2. Delivery time

Israel: up to 7 business days after dispatch.

International: 6-14 days after dispatch.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves and holidays.

3. Shipping cost

Orders under ₪1,000: ₪50. Orders of ₪1,000 or more: free shipping. These rates apply to Israel and international orders.

4. Tracking

International orders are shipped with tracking. We send you the tracking details once the parcel is dispatched.

5. Damage and loss in transit

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. Report visible damage, or an item that does not match your order, within 3 business days of receiving it, with photographs if possible. We are responsible for damage to the jewelry in transit. If a parcel is lost by the carrier, we will work with you and the carrier on a claim. We recommend insuring valuable pieces. This does not limit any right you have under mandatory law.

6. Address details

Please give us an accurate address and telephone number, and tell us promptly if you notice an error. A repeat-delivery charge caused by incorrect details will only be charged after we disclose it and you agree, where the law allows.

7. Pickup

Pickup is available at Pick A Rock, 38 Ibn Gabirol Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, by arrangement. Please contact us to set a time.

8. Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees imposed by the destination country.

9. Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, in Israel and from abroad, except where the law requires us to pay it. See our Refund Policy.
